Lisa Graham - Business Development Manager

Lisa works as Business Development Manager, heading a team of consultants to deliver maximum value to clients through designing and developing behaviour change solutions that meet their business needs. Prior to joining Huthwaite, Lisa had a successful 15 year career in sales and sales management for a FTSE 100 company, and so has extensive experience of working in a fast-paced, competitive market. She was responsible for setting up flagship stores, trouble shooting, organisational change management, and was heavily responsible for sales standards and training across the group. She has won awards for her sales management and improvement in sales.


Lisa is thoroughly client orientated and driven by both personal and team achievements, working closely with her clients and her team to ensure maximum return on investment. She sells and consults on the entire range of Huthwaite products and services and has worked in both the B2B and B2C arenas. She has a strong belief in product fluency and is quick to understand client needs and use Huthwaite products to support those needs. She has been involved in championing new technology which supports Huthwaite projects to achieve best results.


Through her wide experience of managing global projects, Lisa knows how essential understanding culture and organisational buy-in are for success. She has worked with some of Huthwaite's largest clients and provided bespoke global implementation including multi-layered sales academies across different continents. She has been involved in researching varying markets and cultures with regard to aligning best practice sales whilst having the flexibility to respond to local market needs. She has also been involved in the research and design of benchmarking for consultative sales, Train the Trainer roll-outs and Training Needs Analysis assessments.


Lisa has a lot of speaker experience and has delivered several conference-style training sessions on a variety of subjects for a range of clients. Her training style is very professional and experienced with a good understanding of client markets. She has an energetic approach and encourages high levels of participation to help integrate training into real world situations. Lisa has a BA Hons degree from Lancaster University and is a fellow of the ISMM.
