Neil is a real pragmatist which is demonstrated throughout his approach to training and consultancy.

He is well versed in all our skills models and has an occupational interest in the field of business negotiations. This has led to him working with a number of clients on successful multi million bids.

Over the eleven years of being at Huthwaite, Neil has developed a flexible approach to implementing our best practice skills to suit the cultural differences of multinational clients throughout Europe, North America, Africa, Australia, China and Japan, across all major industry sectors.

Before joining Huthwaite, Neil worked as an independent consultant and has held roles in learning and development mainly in the education sector.
