Nick is Business Director for Products and Services. He thrives in challenging, fast-paced commercial environments where people are passionate about getting the job done. He possesses a sharp sense of how training design and innovative learning products can change behaviour and change results.

Nick has a collaborative consulting style and a great breadth of experience across several sectors and at all organisational levels, from frontline operators to executive board level. He has held several senior training and development positions within retail, distribution, financial and property services, all within FTSE 100 companies or major 'mutual' financial services organisations.

In these roles, he has managed complex and large-scale training projects within the UK and internationally. He has an in depth experience of researching, designing, delivering, engaging and commercially successful learning interventions and an ability to blend and effectively deploy diverse learning approaches.

He is used to working with diverse cultures and can adapt his approach to work successfully with them.

Amongst others, the key projects that Nick has led include the set up and launch of an international customer service operation in India and several major management, sales and customer service training rollouts, with client populations of up to 8000 people.

Elected to the lead body, the Residential Estate Agency Training and Education Association for the development of sales and professional competency standards across the industry, Nick managed a countrywide implementation of programmes.

He also worked with the Life Assurance and Unit Trust Regulatory Organisation (LAUTRO) to ensure the compliance of major financial services sales training programmes within large UK 'Mutual' organisations. Nick holds a BA (Hons) degree in Economics and Politics.
