Richard Rattlidge – Learning Technology Manager
After gaining his BEng degree in Electronic Engineering (Communications), Richard worked in both retail sales and for a financial services company. He is now responsible for Huthwaite’s Learning Technology solutions, using technology to help clients embed and reinforce learning and support coaching. He is also an accredited SPIN® trainer and Behavioural Analyst.
More recently, Richard has played a large part in the development and initial delivery of Huthwaite's Virtual Training Campus. The Campus allows Huthwaite to provide clients with effective training interventions for attendees in different geographical locations without having to suffer the usual travel costs or large amounts of time away from their desks. Moving away from the delivery, he now prefers to train the production teams who run these events.
Richard has worked with many of Huthwaite’s largest clients and at all levels within those companies. His aim is to deliver effective and innovative solutions to clients whilst always keeping an eye on meeting their deadlines.
