Sam joined Huthwaite as a Consultant working across all industry sectors, following a successful career in sales and training. Her skills have been developed prior to Huthwaite with more than 10 years in roles including seller, trainer, coach and national training manager and worked in both the Insurance and Finance sectors. She has designed, delivered and evaluated programmes for a variety of markets and her experience includes a range of sales channels involving both B2B and B2C organisations and face-to-face and telephone sales skills.

She offers the full range of Huthwaite solutions, with a passion for negotiation skills for both buyer and seller side, and is accustomed to providing client-focused measurable solutions for the improvement in performance of individuals, teams and organisations. She has Implemented programmes both nationally and internationally, and been part of some of Huthwaite’s largest training academies. Having worked with clients in six continents, Sam is appreciative and accommodating to local cultures and needs in the training environment.

Sam is used to dealing with audiences across a range of sizes and seniorities from conducting top team events to working with sellers, directors, procurement, and marketing. She has also spoken at many client seminars. She is highly organised, adaptable and willing to help her clients to achieve both their business strategies and personal goals. She likes to promote a light atmosphere and advocate learning in such an environment.
