Sigurd Solbu - Country Manager for Norway
Sigurd Solbu is the CEO and chairman in Norway for Huthwaite Norge AS. In this role, Sigurd partners with organisations to retain top talent, improve communications, increase collaboration, develop emotionally intelligent leaders, build peak performing teams, and engage their people. He is responsible for implementing strategic initiatives that unlock personal and organisational potential and result in improved performance.
With a history of business, Gestalt - psychology sales and managerial success Sigurd brings real life experience and a thorough knowledge of business to each client engagement. He has over 30 years experience in sales and personal development. He conducts training in the public sector like ministry, government, health sector as well as in the private sector. Sigurd has his experience from different industries such as Pharmaceutical industry, Professional, Banking and Financial, Oil industry, Telecommunication, IT, and shipping. Sigurd is a recognised sales and management professional. Sigurd has been a trainer, coach and facilitator for national and international companies. His current focus is on: effective communication, personal development, leadership and change processes.
Sigurd’s primary focus is developing solutions that result in increased effectiveness for his clients. His workshops and processes are known to stimulate personal and group excellence resulting in more powerful relationships between customers, employees and colleagues.
