Victoria Labokaite - Country Manager for Russia(IDC)
Victoria started to work for Huthwaite Russia as a managing partner from the very beginning, in 2002. Her primary responsibility is business development and maintaining a high quality level and consistency in the training programmes.
Victoria has a background in finance and organisational psychology. Before working with Huthwaite she had experience working in a bank as a manager of the trading department. Also, for about 4 years prior to starting Huthwaite Russia she worked as a training manager for a company working in assessment and performance development.
