Vijay Kohli - Country Manager for India
Possessing over two decades of experience, Vijay is the Executive Senior Vice President & Head of Enterprise Business at NIS Sparta Education & Learning Technologies Pvt. Ltd. In his current role, Vijay is responsible for the topline, profitability, global business & strategic alliances amongst other organisational initiatives.
Starting his career with Goodlass Nerolac Paints, Vijay over the years has worked with organisations such as Godrej & Boyce, Crompton Greaves and Birla Sunlife Insurance. During this period he held national level positions and was in leadership roles, with leading companies. Vijay also has the expertise of setting up and leading sector verticals & training departments. His last assignment was with Reliance Industries as Vice President - Training.
Vijay has cross domain experience, working in sectors such as petroleum- retail, insurance, training solutions, paints & Durables. A trainer himself, Vijay has provided training & consulting solutions to over 50 companies, training over 20000 people in India & abroad.
He is a post graduate in management & also has specialisation in marketing from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade.
